College Savings - UPromise

**Edited at the bottom**
When I find a worthy cause, I like to blog about it and share it with my readers.

Upromise is something I truly believe in.

Upromise helps us save money for college.

I use it for my oldest daughter. It's easy to join and you can even get your family and friends to join in and save even more money. My oldest will be starting college in less than four years (I can NOT believe it!) and Upromise makes it easy to save just a little more for her.

Now, by no means can you pay an entire college bill with Upromise. However, you will get money back on purchases you make.

For instance, when I shop at Publix, CVS, Bi-Lo, Ingles or Exxon, we get a percentage back when we buy certain items. Our biggest chunk comes back from Exxon, believe it or not. When we buy gas at Exxon and use our debit card, we automatically get that added to her account.

Now, if you don't have these stores in your area, don't worry. These are just the stores here and different areas have different stores.

You can also shop online through Upromise and get rewarded that way. I have yet to use this option, since I either go through Ebates or MyPoints.

Upromise is free!

You can sign up and put whoever's name you'd like, on the account. It doesn't matter if your baby is a day old.

I've known about Upromise for years and just signed on a few months ago. I could kick myself for not signing up sooner!

What are you waiting for???

*Mary made a great point in my comment section on my other blog. I can't believe I actually forgot this about Upromise and I initially found out about Upromise through a person who does this. You can use Upromise to pay off your student loans. You heard me correctly. I have a friend that is doing that at the moment. So, have a student loan? Then why aren't you signed up yet??

**This is not a pay per post ad. This is a company I truly believe in and it'll save you money.**
